Racheal West is a wild food educator and chef. She is one of the few people who knows wild edible plants and takes their history and flavors and turns them into a culinary experience. Rachael has been featured in Feast Magazine, Springfield News-Leader has a bi-weekly spot on Kolr 10, and will be the forager in an upcoming episode of Taste of History on PBS. She holds dinners at Forest Garden Yurts, herb camps, and cooking classes on her property on the Niangua River. She is in the process of getting her first book published.
